All customs duties, import taxes (VAT), and any other fees related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping Fees

International shipping costs are covered by MixTHINKS.
No additional shipping charges will be applied to customers, excluding import taxes, VAT, and customs duties.

 

Shipping Methods

International orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and EMS.
A tracking number will be provided after shipment.

 

Invoice Information

An English invoice will be included with your order.
The invoice will contain the following information:

• Product price
• Product description (in English)
• Customs classification number (HS Code)

 

Shipping Areas

International shipping is available only to countries and regions covered by DHL’s delivery network.

 

Damage During Shipping

MixTHINKS is not responsible for dirt, damage, or issues that occur during international shipping.

In the event of shipping damage, please contact the shipping carrier directly (FedEx, DHL, etc.).
