Return Period

We accept returns within 60 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item meets the return conditions.
Please note:
To account for potential delays in international shipping, we have extended our return period to 60 days, which is longer than standard policies.

 

Examples of Eligible Returns / Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accepted in cases including, but not limited to:

The item has a significant issue that clearly differs from the product description at the time of purchase
(Please note that wrinkles or slight shape changes caused during processing, shipping, or storage are not considered defects.)
You received an item different from the one stated in your order confirmation email

MixTHINKS will fully cover the return shipping costs.

We are committed to providing a safe and worry-free shopping experience for our customers.

 

Sale & Discounted Items

Sale items, discounted products, and lucky bags are also eligible for returns and exchanges under the same 60-day guarantee policy as regular items.
